I just completed a new build and am having a display problem. About two inches up from bottom of display there are mysterious squares/dots visable. I am running two raedon 3870 cards hooked up in crossfire mode. I have tried both vista 64-bit and XP 64-bit and have the same problem. I do not see these dots during the post screens but once into Windows they are there. As far as the rest of my configuration, MB is ASUS Rampage Formula, 8 Mg ram, quad core processor. Any help would be greatly appriciated.

Could they be dead monitor pixels?

You might try a different monitor and see if they appear on that one or try your monitor on another machine.

ps. most manufacturers will only replace the display if there are more than 5 dead pixels.
