I need help with figuring out what best for me...

I have 3x 1gb Kingston, pc3200, 400mhz

options are:

2x 1gb at 400mhz
or
3x 1gb at 333mhz

What is best?!

If performance is important and you don't need more than 2 GB, then the first option is best. If your motherboard supports dual channel mode, using 3 modules will make it a bit slower. Running memory at 333 MHz will slow it down a bit more, but not that much. The best would be 4 x 1 GB at 400 MHz.
