Can you be more specific about the issues and what type of network you have (100 Mbps, Gigabit, hub or switch)? Are you using DHCP or did you assign static IP addresses? Are both NICs teamed?

My pc details :

Mobo : Gigabyte EP45-UD3P

CPU : E7400 2.88 Ghz

RAM : 4GB

GPU : Ati 4850

Modem : D-Link DSL-2640T(wireless ADSL2+Router)

The motherboard have 2 port for LAN. After this build the both port LAN work

smoothly to connect to modem. Yesterday the first LAN port unable to use., but the

second LAN port can use. This happen when I switch on the pc and modem . Then I

switch off the modem accidentally. Then i switch on back, the first LAN did't

connect to modem and I have check the LED at first LAN port is not on. Then I change

to second LAN port, it work.

You don't have a LAN, but you connect directly to a DSL or cable modem. Is that correct?

No. I'm using LAN bacle to connect to modem to pc.

You get a dynamic IP address from your router/modem or your ISP. If you switch off the modem by accident and lose your connection, you can run the following commands to get a new IP address:

ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew

It looks like you have a defective motherboard.

So have to change the motherboard?

It's somewhat difficult to understand your issues. Can you perform the following tests:

Connect your modem to one LAN port, reboot your PC and perform the ipconfig commands that I suggested. Do you have access to the Internet?

Connect your modem to the other LAN port and perform the ipconfig commands that I suggested. Do you have access to the Internet?

About your DVD booting issue, stop the system. Then power up and try to boot from teh DVD. Does that work?

I can't go to window. Either safe mode.

when I insert the Vista DVD into the computer and restart it, there is no "press any key to boot from the DVD" appear.

What do you mean? The PC no longer boots from the hard disk or any other device?

Is your Vista DVD bootable? Did you test it in another PC to verify that it boots from it as expected? I've seen that CD/DVD issue before, but it was usually caused by a defective unit, bad media or the CD/DVD unit wasn't selected before the hard disk in the list of bootable devices. Is the DVD listed before the hard disk? If you press F12 at POST and select the DVD, does it boot from it?

If you are sure that you accurately described your problems and that everything is configured properly, then RMA the motherboard.
