Upgrading an older system?

Hi everyone. I've got a pretty old system with a 1.05Ghz cpu and a GeForce3 Ti200 and I was wondering if it's worth it to upgrade the video card. I'm not thinking about anything specific, I was just thinking that since the system is that old and the cpu is so slow getting a better card for it might not cost that much these days.
Is there another card that would be significantly better or would it not even be worth it?
Thanks!

Simply stated, no don't bother. Your cpu is too weak. BTW - An AMD A64 X2 5000+ that can be overclocked to 3.1 only cost about $50. A basic AM2 motherboard can be had for about the same and 4 gig of DDR2 is about $25 (after rebate). Video cards? Nvidia 9600GSO under $80 or an ATI 4830 at about $100. So, that's about $200 or slightly more (without OS or a possibly required power supply upgrade).
Or, if your not a heavy gamer, a slightly better AM2+ motherboard with built in graphics (like one based on the 780G chipset) starting at about $80. Then you probably won't need an upgraded PSU.
Cheap and MUCH faster.
