I have an i7....

Every time I increase the BLK, it increases the memory speed as well. The memory speed seems to be calculated based on the processor speed.

The memory I have can only operate up to 2000MHz. I've tried faster speeds but its unstable. When I go over 4.2 GHz CPU, the memory speed goes over 2000MHz. Is it bad to tell the mobo to lock the memory at 2000MHz as I go above 4.2GHz CPU?

You can tell it to lock it but it won't listen.

Drop your memory multiplier one setting, I'm presuming it's set on 10, change to 8.
