Can't view webcam..!

in my office we hv a network..and on my system i cant view the web cam of my frnds added in msn..! m using XP Professional SP-2..!

Hey Hell Lover, please be more specific. What is your webcam, and how do you connect it to your computer? (USB, for instance, or is it integrated into your monitor?) Have you or are you able to install the drivers for your webcam?
