R320 prints with green tint

I have two printers. When ever I print a given image on eqach printer, the R320 prints with a green tint. How can I eleminate this?

Clean the print heads via Epson's tools?

 

...of course I had to decipher your post, but you are talking about an Epson Photo R320?

jerrys you can take all the ink cartridges out and clean the bottom were the ink comes out with a lent free cloth and some alcohol.

..and lent-free = coffee filters or the like.

I guess thats true but where I work we also use them to clean lcd screens.I guess a coffee filter would work just fine.
