The 4 - 2.5" 's will be in a rackmount which will require a molex connector to power all 4 drives and I want to put a fan controller in which will require another molex. Other than that, the video and audio will be onboard, and i will have a spare PCI-E ethernet card, and a small handheld touchscreen monitor.

The highest rated PSU for mini itx i can find is 120w, which i dont think would power the 4 drives much less a quad core. Im thinking im going to need around 300w, or at least thats what Thermaltakes watt calculator told me. Maybe i can use an external power brick or something? I'd really like to keep everything internal though. Please help, google is not being my friend today.

I think you're pushing the bounds of what you can actually do with ITX.

mini-box.com makes a 150W PSU - currently out of stock, but they say they'll have more 4/6/09. Its 24 pin, though. I assume somebody makes a 24->20 converter.
