I am currently putting together a new computer that has a Cooler Master RC-690 case and an Asus P6T Deluxe V2 motherboard. The RC-690 case has a eSATA connection on top and I am not sure where to plug this in on the motherboard. Does this get plugged into any SATA connection on the motherboard? If so, are there any changes that I need to make in the bios?
This is my first full computer build, my last computer was a bare-bones set-up and I purchased it back in 2000 or 2001 so a lot of things have changed since then.
You are referring to the eSATA port located on the back panel of the motherboard correct? Is so, then I can not use the eSATA port on the case correct? Not a big deal, just curious.
