I like HD Tune coz you get graphs. Just my preference
I don't know about the other progs since I haven't used them but with HD Tune you can select the size of your reads and writes so as to simulate whatever workload it is you'll be using the disk for. It is a commercial product though...

HDTune default benchmark only tests sequential transfers; which are meaningless on SSDs.

You don't buy an SSD because it can transfer big files twice as fast; you buy an SSD because random access is between 100 and 1000 times faster.
