basically this rig is used for dvd buring,movies, photo editing and work related tasks..

I'd look at a 45 nm cpu which will be cooler and quieter .

And Dell and samsung have generally better monitors .

You will also need a hard drive , or two . Maybe consider a RAID 1 installation so you are creating a back up in real time
 
If you're not gaming, you can get a much cheaper video card. Even a $60 4650 is more than you really need.
The rest looks reasonable, although RAM that runs on the JEDEC standard 1.8v will minimize potential glitches on getting your RAM installed as you'll have no further steps.
As Outlander pointed out, you'll need one or more hard drives.
