Overclocking Help

Hello,
I am running a Intel 6750 on a EVGA 680 SLI board. I currently have 2 gigs of OCZ SLI 800mhz ram and a Antex 900 case to keep it all cool. I am also running windows 7 on my machine. I am wondering what I should be looking to overclock the CPU and memory to in order to get the best performance without comprimising my system integrity.

OCing Your Cpu Might do you some good But OCing your Ram is Pointless. Im not to sure about your MOBO's OCing potential so just look at RJR's link and See if you Can make sense out of it
