Hi guys I have a weird problem, I have been trying to fix it for 4 month and nothing.
The thing is that my monitor is not displaying anything on the screen until I'm inside
windows(the windows orb and the welcome sound). I cant even go inside the bios.
Also sometimes when I get blue screens errors playing games I cant see them, the
monitor just goes into many colors and sometimes black. Then it goes into sleep mode.
So I need to do a forced shut down. That's with my HD 2900XT 1GB. PCI-EXPRESS

I found a way to see the boot up and enter the bios, I connected and old 8MB PCI card
and that's the only way I can enter the BIOS or see the boot up process. So I have both
videocards connected. When I need to change something in the bios I have to reset it
with the jumper and It will start with the PCI card. When I'm done making changes
I need to set in the bios to start next time with the PCI-EXPRESS card.

I hope I can find answers soon. Thanks.

My Specs:

CPU: Intel Quad Core 2.4
Motherboard: EVGA Nforce 680i(Latest Bios)
Videocard: ATI HD2900 XT 1GB
RAM: 4GB 2x2 OCZ DDR2 / 800 MHz / Reaper HPC Edition / Dual Channel
Soundcard: Soundblaster X-Fi XtremeGamer Fatal1ty Pro Series
PSU: Thermaltake Toughpower 750w

Hi guys I borrowed a 9800 GT and I replaced it with my HD 2900 XT and I could enter the bios and see the boot up normally like it should be.

My question now is why I have no video in boot up with the HD 2900 XT?
The card works perfect in games.
It is damaged? I have to do some configuration?
