You will need an aftermarket HSF Cooler. The Thermalright Ultra-120 Extreme 1366 RT CPU Cooler @ $59.99 is a great price.
http://www.heatsinkfactory.com/thermalright-ultra-120-extreme-1366-rt.html

Also Buy.com for the next few days, havs the Corsair CMPSU-1000HX ATX12V &EPS12V Power Supply - CMPSU-1000HX on sale after rebate for $174.99.
http://www.buy.com/prod/corsair-1000-watt-hx-series-12v-atx-sli-ready-80-plus-certified-power/q/loc/101/207510101.html

Plus if you want to wait, the GTX 295 will be launched on Jan 8th, exactly on the day when CES2009 starts.. Which will feature two GPUs of 55nm GT200. And the number of stream processors is 480 (240×2), not 216×2 as we reported. Besides, its memory bus width is 896 bit (448bitx2), and memory size is 1792MB DDR3 (896MBx2).

Hope this helps you out some.
