Scan folder contents?

last week, the contents to my small network scan folders disappeared. Any WAY i CAN BRING THEM BACK TO THE SCAN FOLDER?

I'm not sure what you mean by "scan folder"
network folders/drives can disappear if you having connection issues or if they were deleted from the physical location they were stored at

If it's on the network, do you mean a real managed network? In which case whoever handles the network should have backups, check with them. it's not a good idea to wait a week to deal with missing files, the longer you wait the more chances are that backups will get over-written with new data or files on the hard-drive will be over-written with data.
