If you're happy to overclock the 5200 i would suggest that the 4870 will make the bigger impact.

I would have the top one, but change the sapphire 4850 to the 4870 if you can.

+1, the e5200 is great for OC'ng. The 4870 is a good card, and not much more than the 4850. If you can save for a little longer, go with the e8xx series cpu and the 4870.

It all depends on what you want the pc to do. That is a low end quad and probably the worst of the 3. The 8500 is a great cpu. There isn't too much difference in the 8400 and 8500. The stock speeds on the 8500 are higher, so if you don't plan to OC, then go with the 8500.
