Hi all!

I bought a new EN9600GT silent video-card, which does not have a fan. When I bought it, I realized I need to upgrade the power supply as well (mine was only 350W). So I bought a new power supply: Corsair VX 550W.
I'm going to install all this today, but...
The new power supply has exhaust fan at the bottom, so that hot air will go directly to the new video-card. And the v-card does not have a fan itself, so it relies on normal (cool enough?) temperature, I guess. My case is a regular mini-tower DELL Inspiron 530 box.
Do you think there might be a problem with the video-card cooling?
Should I get a new case also?

Thanks all!
Alex.

sucking the air INSIDE the power supply? this is strange, all power supplies I had used fans to exhaust the air.

PSU's suck air from inside the case and blow it out the back of the case. It's not going to be blowing any hot air on your GPU. If anything it will help draw air across it to help with cooling. You should be fine. I don't think the 9600GT is a particularly hot-running GPU.

Usually I think the PSU's like that suck the air in, then push it out the back of the case. If you are concerned however, I suggest maybe a pci slot cooling fan to install under your video card, that way it can help vent some of the hot air out the back.

You've got it backwards. That big fan sucks air out of the case. I have the Corsair 520HX which is very similar to that 550VX. Believe me, the fan does not blow air into the case. I can put my hand at the back of the PSU and feel the warm air blowing out of the case.

Here's the picture of the bottom of my PSU just in case you don't believe me:
