The best onboard video is ATI HD3300 found on the Boards with AMD 790GX North Bridge.
The best of the bunch with latest CPU support:
ASUS M4A78-E AM2+/AM3 AMD 790GX HDMI ATX AMD Motherboard

^+1. A 790GX can play Guild Wars at 1440x900 with decent settings and get over 30FPS in most areas. An Intel G31 on lowest settings might get 21FPS. The newer Intel (G45) is better than that, but it doesn't match the AMD offerings.
Is there a reason the graphics must be onboard? Even a weak PSU can support a 4670, which is a very good card for the money, and doesn't need an auxilliary power connector.
can you tell me mobos that use this (GeForce 9300/9400 for intel & GeForce 8200/8300 for amd) ? bcause i think that's the best IGP nowadays...while I save my money to buy better addon graphic card. (I'm lack of money..... )
