I'm going for a budget build with an AMD 7750 and i really can't find the difference between these 2 boards? What does the CM/VM stand for? Also are these good boards generally?

The M3A78-EM (Radeon HD3200) video performance should be a bit better than the M3A78-CM (Radeon HD3100), but it offers one less SATA port.
