Motherboard Model: GA-73PVM-S2H

I upgraded my motherboard BIOS from F6 to F8. After the flash, my USB and Internal Memory Card Reader (Which is plugged in USB Header on Motherboard) NOT work, they not shown in Device Manager. I enabled USB setting in BIOS and it's working, but my Internal Memory Card Reader still NOT working, still not showing up in Device Manager, What should I do?
