Please Insert a Disk into Drive I:

Hello Everyone !!!!!!!
I have a TRANSCEND 4 GB Flash Drive which used to work great but one day first when i inserted everything was fine but suddenly second time it stopped working. Each time i plugged it in it says "PLEASE INSERT A DISK INTO DRIVE I: " I googled a lot about it & tried following:
1. Downloaded the Transcend format utility & tried to format. Even tried HP formatting utility & many others
2. Change drive letters
3. Formatting in UBUNTU

But nothing worked My drive is out of warranty. But when i insert it in my PC its LED glows & it is detected but opening it gives the ERROR above.

It may not have been "ejected" properly from your PC. Have you tried it in another PC? If not, do so and do a quick format from my computer (if it lets you) and it should work again in your PC.

Thanks for the reply but that was the first thing i tried. It never lets me format the drive & gives the same NO DISK error
