Microsoft picture manager spooling not printing jpg

I have a jpg file, created in PhotoShop v7 (.psd file), saved as .jpg in maximum quality, then resized using “MS Image Resizer”. We are printing through a server, workstation OS is XP, universal driver from Lexmark. Other images print fine. The troubled image prints trhough Paint fine. When sent through MS Pict Mgr the queue shows spooling for a flash of a second and then disappears. Nothing prints. No lights or operator panel changes on the printer at all. All other print on this device works fine.

Well go figure. There are no issues after the weekend. It had to be a POR of the workstation or network pieces.

I dare say it is fixed, it is not resolved. This is the second call this week that mysteriously was "cured" without anyone doing anything. Second call this week and it is only mid-afternoon Monday! I will count my blessings and move on. Ta....
