Difference between models?

I need to decide on which brand of RAM to purchase and i see that prices vary between different models even if frequency and timings are the same. Are there any particular suggestions for model and make for 1600-1800 sticks of ddr-3 RAM? I intend to overclock with core-i7 920.

May i ask why? And will the 1600Mhz suffice for the cpu overclocking?
