Can I transfer my personal file from my home PC to this PC at the Public Library, so I can copy and paste a school assignment to my school? If you need my email address, it's FraneeBee321@NetZero.net. I do not have the supported programs on my personal PC. Thank you!

Just copy the file(s) to a USB thumb drive and take it to the library.

Never post your email address in any public forum. There are idiots lurking around that will sign you up for tons of junk. Click the "Quick edit" button down at the lower right of your post and delete your email address. It's the middle button.
