Can I use a Dish Network DVR 501 receiver with my Bell ExpressVu access
card. I am a legitimate subscriber, but Bell is charging $500.00 CDN for
the receiver. It is much cheaper to purchase a new or refurbished one on
Ebay. If it is possible, how do I go about to actually do it?
