Esata Male to female cable

Hi Everyone

I'm having an issue with the esata port at the back of my pc. It is very difficult to access without moving the entire cabinet.

Is there an esata male to female cable (and upto 1m long) out there?

Any help would be great as I desperately need to find a solution.
