I can not decide which motherboard to get with the two items above. My current build (4 years old) has an asus mobo in it and i havent had any problems.
Narrowed it down between

Gigabyte GA-EP45-UD3R

or
Asus P5Q-Pro

Is one better than the other at overclocking the processor to 4Ghz and which is better quality?
Also any suggestions on RAM.

Thank you for any replies

The main difference between these boards (besides about $10) is that the Asus has 2 video card slots and is x8 crossfire capable. Both are good quality items. Match the ram you buy to the motherboard you choose - use the OEM websites for guidance.
