Blue Screen of Death! Help Plzzzz

everytime i start up my pc the blue screen of death appears. it says error: Stop: 0x0000007B and another is Stop: 0x000000c5 i have put in my recovery disk and it then gives me this error: stop: c0000221 unknown hard error \systemroot\system32\ntdll.dll
none of my tech disk will run at all, they just give me errors. i have ran spotmau powersuite professional, all of the recovery disks, and none will run properly, then gives me errors.
can anyone help me plz? thanks in advance for your responses!
