What is the easiest way to find out what processors my mobo can handle? Right now I have:

MSI MS-7248R mainboard
Intel Celeron 3.2 GHz cpu
1 gig ram
nvidia 7800gt video card
realtek high def 5.1 audio

I run Oblivion (old skool I know, but still a good game!) on highest settings (w/o anti-aliasing) at around 25-30 fps, but it slows down during large battles or heavy scenery. Any help is appreciated!

Well its a prescott based Celeron D so id say it would take a Pentium 4 3.8ghz max although you would need sufficent ventilation etc even then i wouldnt trust an MSI product to supply sifficent and reliable power for such a chip, even if you could get one, and not that you would bother with such a low end spec chip when todays chips are so much faster and more efficent (E1200 would blow whatever you could do/upgrade in your system)

From the few sites I've seen the board resides in a Gateway GM-3032b...
One machine had a Pentium D 2.66 runing on it....so this board most likely will support up to 3.0GHZ Pentium D.....
