Azharmaswami - open your e-mail handler - Outlook, OE Live whichever and go to Tools then e-Mail accounts and click on View or Change and whichever account is giving you the problem. You may need to click on More Settings depending on which handler you're using. Check under the Outgoing tab that the tickbox for My server requires authentication" is ticked and that you're using the same settings as for incoming mail.

Also, it isn't wise to display your e-mail address on a public message board - someone might sell it to the Spamming crooks. Click to Edit your post and remove it or click on Report and ask the Moderators to do it for you.
