Hi there,

I'm looking to build myself a new PC; I plan to play the odd games, and do small bits of video editing... Browse the web & listen to music etc.

I'd be most grateful if people could tell me if the quality of those components; whether they're a good buy & more importantly if all of these are compatible!!

Thanks. :D

I don't know who makes the arctic power power supply; it might be alright, but these are the brands I know in the usa: antec, enermax, fortron fsp, seasonic, corsair, and pc power and cooling. For any motherboard, check the "cpu support" section to see if a bios update is necessary for your processor. You may be fine. I also generally skip the sound card; onboard sound is usually ok, and always has fewer conflict problems with other devices. I have used the g31 chipset on an msi board; it is ok for general usage, but has fewer bios adjustments for overclocking. I recommend against most overclocking anyway so your components last longer and your system has the most stability.

Okay, thanks. :)

I'll look into a differnt PSU; and possibly remove the soundcard...

Anyone with more info please post!!
