Phenom 2x4 955 and Radeon 5770

Ok i currently I have the phenom IIx4 955 I have it overclocked from 3.2 to 3.6 I have multiplyer at 18 and 1.4v not sure if it was really necassary to put at 1.4v but everything has been stable for few days now. My question is my temp on prime95 for an hour my full load temp is 57c and have done this on stock cooling. is this bad or good? I do eventually plan on gettin like a hyper 212 plus. but was wondering if im hurting anything right now being at that temp. it stays about 48c when im playing my games and stuff like eq2 for example i can run 2 accounts and IE and stays at about 48c. My other question is i have a Sapphire radeon 5770 Im trying to learn to OC that now just dont know what is safe or not safe yet on GPU.

Well, I'd lower either the OC or voltage a bit because 57°C is too high really, you should keep it at 54°C or below. However, it's not too bad on the stock cooler.

will lowering the voltage to default volt lower temps just a bit? cause im assuming i really dont need 1.4v with 3.6ghz OC

Default voltage is 1.4V, AFAIK. Lower it to 1.3V or lower if you can before you run into stability issues.

Default voltage is 1.375, and yes, a .25v may be needed to have stability at 3.6ghz. Just try lowering the volts back to stock (not automatic) and see if it remains stable.
