We have ATT DSL with a 6 mbps download speed and a home network set up. We have 3 computers on this network. Lately I have been experiencing terrible lag issues (my computer is attached through a wall plug that sends the signal through the outlets in the house). I recently discovered however that when I unplug my brothers computer from the network, my lag issues immediately go away. Is there any way to fix this without having to unplug my brothers computer?

By outlets, you're talking where you plug in network cables right? And what do you mean by "lag", a slowdown of the internet in general?
