I have recently assembled a PC (Desktop) with Windows XP (Prof.) SP2 operating system. I have used motherboard of make/model ECS A780GM-A AM2+/AM2 AMD 780G HDMI ATX AMD Motherboard. I have purchased a ATI Radeon x1650 Pro 512MB DDR2 PCI-E Graphics Card.

The problem is when I put the card in the AGP slot, there is no display in the monitor. The power (SMPS) output of the PC is 450 Watts and the fan of the graphics card is also running but there is no display in the LCD monitor. The led of the monitor turns yellow.

Also note that when I take out the ATI card from the PCI/AGP slot, and change the display adapter to integrated graphics, the monitor works perfectly without any problem.
