Nvid Drivers Higher Overclocking??

I did a google search and couldn't did anything up. I upgraded my drivers for my 8800gts 640 from 160.xx to the latest 180.48. I'm curious if this will allow me to overclock a little more? I know i picked up frames in call my PC games, but didn't know if i could try and overclock my 8800gts 640 any higher. core clock =676, shader 1545 and memory 1018. idle temps are 47 Celsius. Load on crysis 67-68. Im on air and stock cooling /volting on the 8800gts. Side note i want to thank everyone here as i have been a lurker now and my first thread was not only a success but a great experience here.thank you all again for this great community.

No clue. Worth a shot though, let us know what you find out. I suspect that drivers will have no effect on overclockability. A firmware update might have more of an effect, if one were available.

Passed 3dmark 06 but failed crysis at core clock 691=( o well

No, updated drivers will not allow your GPU to overclock further.
They will, however, optimise how your GPU renders new games giving you higher performance.
