Need help with new motherboard!

I am using an XFX nForce 750i that I just installed, and I have the computer powering up fine. However, upon being turned on, the computer displays the video card bios, followed by an XFX Play Hard screen, and then goes to the screen which allows me to run windows in safe mode, normally, last known good config, etc. I can't seem to get to the setup menu to try to run the installation disk for the motherboard, and every time i choose one of the options to start up, I get a blue screen crash! Any help/input would be welcome.

I will also add that the first time that the XFX Play Hard Screen finished, it instantly went to my BIOS screen, but after exiting that without changing anything, I have been unable to return to it.
