I have a copy of Vista buisness x64 laying around and an image from my old system on my server of Vista Home x32 and I can easily use a copy of XP pro
My goal is to have a nice system but not spend more than i needed. Around $1000 is how much i'm looking to spend and I'm pretty happy with this spec if there is nothing wrong with it or any the components. The main game I'm looking to play is CS:Source but this system should get me into higher end games. If you guys see anything that doesn't work well with the system or you kno that a part is junk plz tell me. Mainly concerned about the psu and overall dimensions

No problems, but some improvements can be made that won't cost anything:

-The Zalmann PSU was not properly reviewed last I checked. Known good units at that price and wattage are Antec TPQ 850 and Hiper M series 880W.

-There in no reason to get an X38 board. A P45 will OC better and have more features. Gigabyte UD3P for instance. See the recent article on the front page about crossfire scaling.

-For the same price you can get G.Skill 800Mhz memory running at 1.8V. A better deal.

I plan to use crossfire in the future thats why I have an X38. And I dont plan on overclocking. The memory is a 1:1 ratio with the fsb. I'm not an expert on that so if anyone has any tips I like to hear them

The P45 I mentioned is crossfire. That's why I referred you to the TH article.
