Im new to overclocking my evga 275 gtx. I stopped using evga precision from bugs and started using riva tuner for OC, and I mainly am looking for higher fps in World of Warcraft while playing at high settings in 1900x1080, and I have not seen any improvement in fps. In fact, in some places I see a lower FPS in a lot of cases. Any advice/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I can't take too much time to make a long detailed answer...
but I would say you need to find a volt mod for your card...
Then when you overclock your fps should go up instead of down...
Sometimes when you don't have enough voltage for your overclock the
performance goes down...
So find a volt mod for your card (maybe a pensil mod)
And overclock that baby...
If you do it right you will probably see improvement in performance (FPS)...

Have you disabled V-Sync? This usually ends up with some one bashing their heads against the wall after leaving it enabled and wondering why they are getting low FPS.
