WINDOWS 7 CTL ALT ARROW

I found, accidentallly, that ctl alt arrow will roate the screen in the direction of the arrow. I got home and tried it on my pc with windows 7, and it doesn't work. Is ita windows 7 thing, or some other difference? At work we are using some proffessional version of XP.

It is not necessarily windows specific but video card drivers software hotkeys.
Check the ones on your PC and set it to do the same.
