ASRock M266A upgrade

I have this old desktop (2000-2003) that I am wondering on how to upgrade it or make it faster. What processor can this accomodate? Dual? Thanks.

This board can only use Pentium 4s. Probably the best upgrade for your money would be to increase the ram to 1GB. Really though it might be worth it to just buy a new computer because even a cheap dual core would be much better than this pentium 4.
