Help i7 Ram and Core 2 Quad Processor

My ram says "Built for i7" will it still work with my Core 2 Quad processor? Build info in sig.

Yes, it work work fine. Core i7 ram just means it's meant to run at 1.65V or less.

Edit: That's assuming your motherboard uses ddr3. But the UD3P only uses ddr2, so, then no, it won't work.

That is true. Should run either 2 or 4 for dual channel.

@OP: My mistake. You have EP45T, which is ddr3. I have the plain EP45, which is ddr2.
