Web page error streaming audio

Whenever I try to listen to live streaming audio from
www.metrofm.co.za the pop-up that's supposed to have the
player refuses to display! I tried disabling Norton
Antivirus (whch is a nuisance by the way) and it still
won't play the streaming audio...it works on every other
computer I've played it on.
