Motherboards for AMD Phenom II X3 720

I'm looking for a motherboard to go along with:-
AMD Phenom II X3 720
Inno3D GTX 285
DDR2 2x2GB 1066 Kingston

I was looking at Gigabyte GA-MA790GP-DS4H but that requires the version of BIOS to be upgraded to F3 it seems. Now I'm looking at one of these:-
Gigabyte GA-MA790XT-UD4P
Gigabyte GA-MA790GP-UD4H
Asus M4A78T-E

Which one of these would you recommend? I do not want to be upgrading the BIOS version. I just want it to be AM3 compatible straight out of the box.

Another choice: Asus M4N78 Pro. This is the cheapest of the four.

Ah! Just found out that Asus M4A78T-E and Gigabyte GA-MA790XT-UD4P are DDR3 only. So I think I'll go for Gigabyte GA-MA790GP-UD4H.
