I have an Antec 900 case, PC P&C 750w PS, and E8500 C2D already.

Here is where I need help.

Asus P5Q Pro, and HD 4870 1gb

or

Evga 750i FTW, and Evga GTX 260 Core 216 (Leaning towards this setup)

I want to purchase 1 video card now and be able to crossfire/sli down the road.

I'll be doing a mediocre oc on the cpu, about 4ghz, which both MoBo's can handle.

Can the 750i FTW mobo, antec 900 case, and 750w ps handle 2 GTX 260s in SLI?

What are your thoughts guys..... Feel free to suggest other setups.

Your first build is better. The P45 is a far more stable chipset that any 700 series Nvidia chipset.

The P5Q Pro is a fine choice, but this board is better at a similar price:

It's second generation P45, and has many of the features found on the more expensive P5Q-E.
