Help Building New Computer

I am building a new computer that needs to be able to run crysis at any setting at 30-40fps+
The maximum price is $500-600.
I will also most likely do some video special affects.
I like AMD.
Please help.

Well, I would recommend the AMD Phenom X3 for a CPU. Also, an ATI 3850 for a GPU.

Make that 4850 instead of 3850, if you can. Crysis is very demanding.
