I think your fine ! im not AMD fan but for a budget build its nice, your CF should help for gaming perf. PSU seems good too, with the MIR its a nice deal. your good to go ! (Jetway ... take a better board ? )

Why not going with new Phenom X3-X4 ? better futurproof build ??

Foxcon AMD Crossfire ready board 95$ after MIR

Phenom X3 2.1 ghz 90 $

Phenom X4 2.3ghz 120 $

Its as you want, and maybe someone know AMD more that me can Better help.
