I think your fine ! im not AMD fan but for a budget build its nice, your CF should help for gaming perf. PSU seems good too, with the MIR its a nice deal. your good to go ! (Jetway ... take a better board ? )

Why not going with new Phenom X3-X4 ? better futurproof build ??

Yeah I'm afraid of the Jetway boards. The only person I have helped that tried one ended up exchanging it. The manual was exceptionally bad, and might as well have not been translated at all.
