How much Could I over clock a AMD phenom x 6 1055T with this motherboard?

http://www.ciao.co.uk/ASRock_K10N78_motherboard_ATX_GeF...

I plan to buy this CPU cooler. http://www.microdirect.co.uk/home/product/45202/Arctic-...
It's a RCTIC COOLING FREEZER 7 PRO REV 2 FAN INTEL SOCKET 1366 1156 775 AMD SOCKET AM3 AM2+ AM2 AND 939 FLUID DYNAMIC BEARING

I know that the multiplier on this CPU is locked so I would overlock by increasing the front side bus right?

whats the best that you think I could achieve from the 2.8Ghz stock speed.

If you need this information I will be using a THERMALTAKE W0101RB PSU 550W TR2-550W RETAIL PSU.

Thank you for your predictions guys and girls.

Well, how every CPU overclocks differently, and motherboards don't really tend to matter much in terms of mild/regular overclocking, it just has to support the ability to overclock. It depends more on the CPU and the temperature of the CPU. IIRC, the max temp of the Phenom II X6 series is 62°C, and you should keep it below 55°C, anything higher isn't recommended.

Hmmm. Don't really know, I have not seen too many reviews yet. I would assume with good cooling you get similar to the quad core Phenoms.
The 6 core Phenoms have implemented a turbo boost feature similar to Intel though, that under demand will increase the speed on the 1055T from 2.8 to 3.3ghz automatically. The 1090 goes to 3.6ghz.

From what i hear, it is very hard to oc the 6 cores by amd. I have heard that 3.6ghz is a max for the 200$ one.

It'll reach 62C before you know it. If you use Coretemp, HWmonitor make sure to add about 20C.

I have 8 GB of ddr3 1333 all ram slots full. The max I can squeeze in 3.9 GHz. would the ram be the limiting factor.
