Mobo is Gigabyte GA-X38-DS5
GPU Geforce 8800 GTS 512
RAM Transcend 4GB 800
Zebronics 750watts PSU
500 GB westran Digital cavair

Please help me in motherboard settings for precise overclocking & voltage settings for 3.0GHz &
3.6 GHz

There are no hard and fast settings. Read and learn.

Ditto what these guys say. I read like 5 or 6 sites over and over before I even attempted to OC my CPU, and I have not even attempted a memory or GPU OC yet.

Read and learn and love it. It is great fun...as long as you are careful and learn your stuff right.
