You go in the BIOS and start changing stuff...

Like, increase the base clock a bit, change the cpu and ram multipliers... if unstable, adjust vcore and vtt. always check for stability after a change, such as with Intel Burn Test, OCCT, LinX, Prime95 or whatever.
