Hi, Im just wondering is there a big difference between DDR2 800 (Timing: 4-4-4-12) and DDR2 1066 (5-5-5-15)? Im planning to get 8gb.


CPU - AMD phenom II 940 BE
MoBO - GA-MA790X-UD4P
VideoCard - Sapphire ATI 4870

DDR2 1066 is nothing more than DDR2 800 with manufacturer backing that it will run faster if you manually set timings and voltage in BIOS.
